Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipment processing time is within 2-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Estimates shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please give 2 to 5 business day for delivery after your order has been processed.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
DN Organics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please indicate your address is a P.O. Box when filling out your shipping details.
DAMAGES TO PACKAGING
DNOrganics.com is not liable for any packaging damaged or lost during shipping. Please see our Refund Policy for additional information. If you have an inquiry or liked to contact us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer international shipping to CANADA. Other countries will be added soon. Please sign up for our newsletter to find out when other countries are added for shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Different options will be available, please choose accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DN Organics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
